Singapore is recognized as a leading country in the move to an information economy, and the Singapore government has played a pivotal role in this transformation. The Singapore government employs modern information and communication technologies to serve the citizens and businesses better. Raising the effectiveness and quality of government services is not only a matter of leading edge technologies; it also involves visionary leadership, clear objectives and a sound execution mechanism. According to the UN the role of Enterprise Architecture in shaping e-Government programs cannot be overstated. This session will broadly address the following:
