Aim
 

To build a prototype system that:

A1) Enables the government to improve community relations and services with citizens and business partners;

A2) Leverages the power of successful CRM tools in e-Government services;

A3) Drives the delivery of e-government services into a more customer-centric way.

 
 
Objectives
 

To build four citizen interaction applications - Intelligent Q & A, Ticket Support Help Desk, Recommendation System and Personalization, and three citizens analytics applications - Web Statistics, Unified View of Citizens and User Behavior Analysis, as part of the CRM.

 
Deliverables
 

A prototype CRM system for Macao Government, transfer of knowledge.
